The only things you need to manual shift for are things like this. Wherever you can anticipate. One thing I wish manufacturers would do is let us keep it in "D", downshift with the paddles to the right gear, and hold the right paddle to keep it in that gear. Once the countdown is done, release the paddle and it shifts like normal. I think that would be brilliant.

Why advanced traction off and not just regular traction off?

I believe holding the button will shut stability and traction control off. Any other way still retains one or the other.

How come when you were demonstrating it wasn’t revving all the way to 7500 rpm’s? It’s like the ecu was short shifting

I think you have to manually shift it to be revving that high.

I only got sport mode since my is base model, but sport+ if you got it.

@@thaboywin i saw videos of some people shifting into D right after gassing. Is that shifting them earlier?

why not just shift yourself in sport with the paddles?

You can manually shift for both sport and drive mod but I don’t think you can shift yourself into sport with the paddle.

You don't really want to use paddles on a 10speed, its not a dct tranny. Just let the 10 speed do its thing.
