Heavy cream makes the cinnamon rolls gooey and soft, and it creates almost a caramel like syrup on the bottom. We use it on our homemade cinnamon rolls in this recipe www.tastesoflizzyt.com/homemade-cinnamon-rolls/ But we also like to drizzle some over semi-homemade rolls too!!
