Could you do a pack like the runners use . back with extra pockets on the front on the straps somewhere to hold a small water bottle, a little zipped compartment to put your phone on money or something like that.

Loverly, but can you do one in orange to avoid drivers trying to reduce their accountability and mitigate an insurance claim against them by saying they could not see you due to a black bag. I know this seems ridiculous but sadly drivers try to get out of any accountability and I try to reduce this extra stress by trying to buy orange bags. I know you do white but in Uk roads white is not the best colour especially when the snow comes Thoughts?

Great addition. What did your testers say about it? I am never convinced of putting the laptop sleeve just behind my back while riding. My back is slightly round while riding while a laptop is flat, so I always put my laptop away from my back.
