Got Odin to finish but my tablet made the unconnecting sound just as it was finishing, and it did the same thing when I tried again. It now won't boot up and is displaying "COULD NOT BOOT, ODIN MODE" and towards the bottom includes "KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0X1" and "UDC START". It won't turn on properly and I'm fine if I'm not able to root it and put CM on like I had planned, I just need help getting it back to working order.

I was actually checking this video out to see if I could use my pro 8.4 as a phone. From what I understand, it comes with the snapdragon 800 which is said to have an LTE module. Is this possible? If not, what other features would be of benefit from rooting this tablet (i.e. right click menu, overclocking, removing unnecessary spyware/factory installed programs, etc.)? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, T325 LTE model I currently have problem rooting using T325 at the CF Website It say DONE at odin, and i reboot my tablet, Super User not found in app drawer. So i factory reset and redownload it. Done the same method and still Super User not found in app drawer.

I tried but it a didn't add the device in odin, I tried with Samsung usb drivers it didn't add it, then I installed kies and it didn't again, I can't find the problem...It didn't even connect to the tablet to kies... what is going on??

The VolumeUp button of my device seems to be broken, so I am not able to get into download/odin mode. Is there any way to get into download mode without pressing the volume up button?

Rooted just fine with these instructions then attempted to flash cm 12 lollipop with TWRP and for whatever reason it tripped Knox. Now I can't root or flash. Any ideas?

tried this, it is now stuck on the android logo/downloading/do not turn off target, and I can't get anything to work or reboot. Trying the power button just brings it back to this view. I have a brick...it won't even shut down. "could not do normal boot" in red at the top, UDC START in red at bottom of messages in upper left corner. Nothing else. Any suggestions? It is stuck on this view and won't reboot. I've run and re-run Odin several times, ends up the same place... Galaxy pro 8.4 tm320, kitkat 4.4.2 Fortunately I've been able to return it to running on kitkat by holding down the power button and the volume-down button at the same time until it asks if I really want to change OS. Then it's the volume down button again to cancel and return to kitkat.

This looks a bit complicated for what I want to do. Does anyone know if there a way to install .ttf fonts on the tablet without root access? I have some German fonts, which I am sure are not going to be available through the Google font options. Right now I seem to have downloaded them to /storage/emulated/0/Documents/Kurrentk.ttf. Supposedly they are supposed to be stored under /system/fonts/. I just want to move these buggers, but don't see a way how. I mean I guess I could try to do all the stuff mentioned in this video, but for one I have never sorted out how to decompile programs from repositories when they don't automatically reconstruct themselves as programs. It just sounds a bit much for my skill level. I'm just thinking of things I want to do once corona is over, and if I get a chance to travel to Europe I'd like to do some genealogy. I think it might be useful to have my tablet and be able to type names in the old scripts on it to sort out what documents say. Anyhoo...it's no big deal if I can't....

Just read on twitter that samsung will no longer update his Pro series tablets. I got angry busted the warranty&knox and installed cyanogenmod on my device! First I tried the Heimdall method, but after installing the usblib with zadig and executing the CMD command it failed. Hours later I came across your videos and everything went fine with these simple methods. Thank you Rootjunky !

I hear a lot about KNOX and I've never used anything to do with it since my tablet is my own personal tablet with no affiliation to my work. Im trying to install the drivers but there are no videos to follow. When i download Samsung drivers is it being downloaded to the computer are tablet? How many files should it be if so because my computer has multiple files (14 total that downloaded)..Also odin3 v3.12.3 looks totally different when i open it, is are no file download of file dump located to the right of the log. can you please help me

Something went wrong for me... I got the latest firmware from desktop.firmware.mobi/ (I believe my build was T320UEU1ANG1_T320XAR1ANG1) but during the process Odin3 showed [FAIL] in red and the process stopped on the tablet. I'm now stuck and on the boot I see this message: "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery in Kies & try agian" I believe, I've soft bricked, because I am still able to get back to download mode, but I'm not sure how to recover from this. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Dear People, I am from the netherlands so my english is maybe not very good. When i bought my tabpro it was original straight from the shop , then i want it to root it i did that with the chainfire root special for the tabpro 10.1 it was something called picassowifixx. Now i want it to restore it to the original device , but after the flashing with the official rom/firmware it keeps saying at this app : hardware info it is saying device : picassowifi and product : picassowifixx , How can i delete this ? also with the ota update it is saying device is bricked , in download mode it says ; original firmare and official samsung rom zero flash counter because i reset it with triangle app. Who can help me ? the most things i know myself but i never had this before , Thank you very much, Kindly Regards, Donn

Question: My 8.4 was using the stock firmware when I bought it. Then I used towelroot and it worked, installed supersu and other stuff. .. Recently, there was a 300 mb update for the system, which was downloaded automatically OTA. When it installed, root was gone and towelroot didn't work anymore possibly because of the kernel update. Question is: if I use cf auto root now (kernel version is 3.4.0-2690686 now), will I get root again? I'm asking this because your video was made probably using the stock firmware, before this kinda recent update by Samsung

Works on the updated firmware just tested it. You will have to reboot once to disable knox.

Not a step by step instruction video for everything you need. Extracted but does not contain any of the driver files. I open oden and it's just blank. Not sure where you got those but there not in the CF root root junky downloads. The link to Samsung Drivers doesn't take you to Samsung drivers.
