Cole here, ( I am one of the guys who built your wheels and inserts). When you torque down your rear wheels, remember to bump the torque setting up a bit as you will lose some of it through your extension. Glad the wheels are working good for you guys!

Have you thought about brushing anti-seize on the hub? Maybe the rim wont stick as bad. Probably only need to put it on every other time.
@TinyHomeToyHauler2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I do it every couple of rotations (depending on if I have some on hand) but now do it every time…

The bottle Jack is a great trick… thanks, I normally (always) keep the hubs greased
@TinyHomeToyHauler3 жыл бұрын
No problem at all. I found it on some random forum when trying to get the wheel off lol. We also do anti-seize on the hubs typically, but I can’t remember if we did or not plus had the wheels on for about 15k-20k miles without a rotation.

I was wondering what bumper are you using? I like the spare tire mount on it. How do you get the spare down from the mount? Great videos and thanks for the time.
@TinyHomeToyHauler2 жыл бұрын
We are using the Expedition One Extreme Duty rear bumper. We kind of just guide the tire down to the ground (let it fall) and then use the Pro Eagle Jack to get it close on the way up and lift it the rest of the way.

Beautiful truck. Can I have more information about your super single conversion. I have a 450 I've even really interested in converting
@TinyHomeToyHauler Жыл бұрын
We have a build list on our website (tinyhometoyhauler.com), but at a high level its wheels/tires, lift, new front fenders/bumper and a lot of trimming in the front.

What is the process of alignment of a lifted 450 or 4500 series truck? Where do you take it for alignment?
@TinyHomeToyHauler2 жыл бұрын
Same process as a normal truck… shops that specialize in working on diesel trucks are usually the best places

How do those g275 tires do off road? Can't find any reviews on them.

They do great! They only don’t do that great on ice with the huge tread blocks

Waiting time with that rope. Use a sledge. Works every time

We now carry a BFH, but last time it didn’t work and had to use the rope and Jack method again

How do you like those tires so far? I have 31,000 on my 365/80R20 MP 81s
@TinyHomeToyHauler3 жыл бұрын
We love them. Got 55k on our first set and have over 30k miles on our current set of Goodyear’s. Overall military tires are hit or miss, but we have been very happy with the Goodyear’s so far.

aluminium wheels or steel ?

Those are all aluminum. Our first set of rims had a steel center with an aluminum barrel but our last two sets have been all forged aluminum

How do your fix a flat on the road?
@TinyHomeToyHauler2 жыл бұрын
We have a Pro Eagle Kronos floor jack (from ICKY Concepts) and a tire patch kit, as well as air tools and battery powered tools to remove the lugs. So either patch it or change the whole wheel with the spare.
