I need to workout everyday, what do you think about an hour of bike on the non run days? I’m currently doing about three run days three bike days and a long walking day

I think an hour on a bike can be a great idea for non run days. Particularly if your body is not yet used to the demands of running each day. You'll get some great aerobic benefits without the stress on your legs.
