Great content as always!!! Question: Is the facilitator the one responsible to come up with the HMW or is it the participants?

Usually, participants write down HMWs, but the facilitator should clearly explain how to do this with some examples :) However, there are times when the facilitator can do this for the group and ask if they agree with each one. This way, you help the team move forward and make them feel they did it because they "signed off" them. I hope that helps :)
