After misclicking on two Calm Filaments, I can confirm that this fit can do a T1 Gamma Deadspace Abyssal, I came out after 14 mimutes with 19% shield and no cap. Alive, just but with a shed load of loot. Nice fit mate, and I love your KZbin content.

lol came here cause I attempted a first abyss run yesterday and failed comically. Some veteran took me with him and I didn't even know what it was. First it took me ages to get inside the abyssal trace cause I kept clicking the big yellow thing not knowing the trace is on a list and can only be accessed through that list. Then when we got in I kept chasing this 1 enemy and got killed before I could kill it. Didn't even realize how much hp the enemy has until rewatching my recording later on. Tried to escape in a pod only to get blown up and jumpscared when the trace exploded lmao. Thank you so much for enlightening people so no one else needs to screw up this badly. Gigachad still paid me my share tho. I am still somewhat confused but it seems exciting. :D

In my runs of Abyssal Deadspaces, I have found it useful to double-click near the Cache instead of clicking "Approach". That way, when I blast the Cache the target I'm approaching doesn't disappear, resulting in my ship slowing towards a stop as I have enemies orbiting trying to shoot me. 😉

just making people aware I would recommend these mods at a MINIMUM because due to alpha skills you really need the extra bit of range from the t2 cannons I would also recommend using the faction ammo since it's only slightly more expensive per shot and does way more damage

I’ve got a station out in low sec about 30 jumps from jita that I use for Clone Soldier hunting with the thrasher hulls. Each tag I get is worth 1.3M and I occasionally get a module that is worth 3.3M. I’m only out there during the low player count times of year but it’s just as fun jumping mining belt to mining belt killing rats, reprocessing the loot and building more thrashers to kill more Clone Soldiers. You should totally try it out since the thrasher can work in most low sec clone areas.

I've been running this fit and it definitely works as advertised although I think you're understating the skills required to get this kind of alpha. All my relevant gunnery skills are at IV with small turret V and artillery specialization at III with Minmatar Destroyer skill at III (10 hours from IV) and my alpha with this exact build (including faction ammo) is 1499, probably a little over 1550 when level IV destroyer finishes. Quite effective but to get an additional 450 I think it would take 2 months or more to get destroyer to V and gunnery V, rapid firing V, surgical strike V and small artillery specialization V. Not exactly an easy train. Also, before I got small turret to level V I had to use t1 artillery and I fitted a EM shield hardener in case I ran into the skybreaker. Without a big enough alpha you really need the extra em resistance if you want to survive it. The shield extender isn't going to do much for you in that scenario. Also, I think you must have advanced weapon upgrades IV to be able to go with just 1 ancillary current router on this build. I have II and Power Grid Management V and I need the second rig to make this fit. I have level III Adv Weapon Upgrades queued which takes 15h to train without implants and/or remap. Not sure if the 2% reduction in powergrid need for turrets will get me the extra 4 points I need but I guess we'll see. If I do I'll likely through in a capacitor rig because I do find with some of the spawns I'm running out my cap to regen my shield and then I have to sit and let my cap regen for 30 seconds to a minute before jumping to next room. With my 1500 alpha I sometimes get through these sites in 3 minutes but that's a perfect run with biocombinative can directly in line with the gate behind it and all easy spawns. If the gate and can don't line up or the spawns close on you before you can target the can and/or the skybreaker shows up, it definitely takes longer. You also have a 1 minute timer before you can activate a new abyss once you exit. I'd say realistically for most players with level IV skills like I have they're going to max out somewhere between 10 and 15 runs per hour and make about 12 to 18 million isk minus the cost of faction ammo which does add up a bit. After about 40 or 50 runs in total I've only seen 2 blueprints. 1 that's probably only saleable in a combo pack other bps for about 750K and another that's worth about 3 million isk.

back, when i was playing EO, i used a Navy Slicer to run T0 and T1 electricals. It does less damage (took like 5 minutes to clear a tranquill electrical, and 15 for Calm Electrical), but it's faster and has a range up to 41 km, which is really usefull against the drone battlecruiser ans sansha cruiser in those abyses. PS "cause of the price of tranquill electrical filaments there's no point farming them, but if U get those filaments for free.

@@fergus247 Just learn the algorythms of your enemies and dodge them. Most of them can be outranged, some should be hit on low orbits etc. It ain't that hard - after loosing your tenth ship you'll learn it.

Do you have any advice on running fast t1 and t2? I'm currently running t0 between 2:45 and 3:20 with the Ishkur plus 5 drones, its an intense 3 mins though lol... I have invested heavily over the years in hybrid turrets so at the moment I'm a little stuck with turret ships... My next aim is to complete t1 in 5 mins, but only getting 8 mins in a slightly improved Ishkur, mainly improved tank as i cannot seem to squeeze much more dps with this ship, but the t1 seem to require a more tactical approach rather than my all out speed as in the t0.

Honestly, I've found it's often better to just run multiple T0 in the time it'd take to do T1s. Check how much ISK you're making - you might find that T1+ simply isn't worth it by comparison.

@@benbeazley2974 honestly, it depends what you enjoy. I could say that the Vexor is an incredibly popular and powerful cruiser capable of a lot of different PvE and PvP content. But that depends if you enjoy drones. What kind of content do you enjoy? What ships do you enjoy? If you like the Thrasher and Abyssals, I just did a video about the Rupture yesterday (and the Vagabond will be tomorrow). If you're interested in Wormholes or Agent Missions, the Hurricane can be a great starting point, or the Loki or Vargur can be great endpoints. It all depends 😅

Dark and Exotic T0 can be easy finished in 5 min with missile frigates like Kestrel or Hookbill (T2 Rockets or Caldary Navy Light Messiles), 1.5-2kk per run, about 20kk/hour. Anchor secure container in spot to store loot and save time.

I would say, even though you take minimal damage, it's because you are perma running an mwd, an ab would slow you down a bit but dramatically minimize your sig radius and take less damage. Just a suggestion you should try no extender, no booster, instead use ab, target painter and tracking with optimal range script and high slot an auto targeting, enjoy

Captain Benzie, I am confused by this fitting. I am an Omega with 16M-ish SP and, I think, most of the skills trained to use this fit effectively. I configured my Thrasher just like your fit described above, but cannot put more than 4 of the Howitzers online because of power limitations. What might I be doing wrong? Has this ship or these modules changed since this video? What skills do I need to train to put all 7 of the guns online at once? With 4 guns online, my capacitor stats are: 515.0 GJ / 217.50 s (delta) -6.3 GJ/s (-106.5%)

Capacitor doesn't matter for fitting weaponry. Capacitor is like your battery for keeping modules running. Powergrid is what matters. Powergrid Management, Weapons Upgrades, and Advanced Weapons Upgrades will help.

It CAN do T1s with the exception of a few spawns, but there are better options. The advantage here is the speed it does T0s. In T1s it's way too risky imho.

Not everyone can and my content is not geared around "being the best", it's about "having fun" 😉

I wouldn't bother with darks due to the turret penalties. It can do T1, but it's slow and risky, and works out worse than just doing multiple T0s in the same time.

I didn't say this was the best or the cheapest. The Corax that you've mentioned in numerous of my comments is cheaper, yes. You can also use a Thrasher cheaper. That's not the point of the video 😉

@@captainbenzie i insinuated that you did. Regardless, spending near 7 times the amount of ISK to shave a 2 minutes off an abyss run is impractical. For 20m you can slap something together to run T1's instead and make even more ISK. Point being, i don't understand the point of this build. People coming to these videos tend to be newbros that are broke, so they watch the vid, see the price and stay lost on what to do to get that amount of ISK in the first place, hence my comments.

It was a Drekavac that got me in the second room; he stopped taking any damage from me, then he broke my tank super fast. Also, there were four enemies in the first room and four in the second. Check my video on everything you need to know about Abyssals! In short, Abyssals are meant for either: 1 Cruiser 2 Destroyers 3 Frigates If you are going in Destroyers or Frigates, you MUST be in a fleet, and use the required number of filaments (two or three) even if doing it solo. Using multiple filaments does increase the loot (double or triple) so soloing can be very lucrative.

Thrasher Fleet Issue is a lot more expensive and doesn't add any Alpha at all (in fact, the TFI has LESS alpha since it has the same +5% damage bonus, but on six turrets, rather than 7) Yes, it has rate of fire bonuses, which THEORETICALLY math higher (6 turrets + 25% +25% = 9.375 turrets, compared to 7 turrets + 25% = 8.75 turrets) but since we're aiming for alpha damage, not straight up DPS, and with the lower cycle time of artillery, you end up often being slower (lower alpha plus higher rate of fire often equates to more shots fired) and more ammo used, alongside a more expensive ship. The TFI is a great ship, but I really feel it's bonuses shout for Autocannons and magnified DPS rather than raw alpha. That said, I'm glad you're enjoying the ship and flying what you enjoy is 100% more important than flying "the best"! 😊

Yes. Though you're better running multiple T0s of anything. They're less loot, but by time you account for speed and risk, it's FAR more profitable.

Ehm, not to be picky but the video kinda disproves the "alpha over DPS" theory. You almost never single-shotted a ship, and it worked only half the times on caches. You could have fitted the rig for RoF instead of damage, making the runs at bit faster. I'm not arguing the fit, it's good. I'm not saying use AC, artillery is fine. I'm just saying the video doesn't showcase volley damage much.

Your fit is *overkill* My catalyst in noob 2ndary account got 466 alpha and 163dps. 1 shield booster, no shield extender and 2heats (and a co-processor in low to amke it work) long story short: it was laughable easy.... ~ at times i got a shield dmg down to 70% but by then the enemy already was on fire. I didnt stop my time but it was like 4 minutes or so (my fit inkl ship costs 4.8m btw) This one is fairly easy especially with a friend. we yielded 1.72m which is fair for a few minutes :)
