Shift to Spring Gel for longer runs is an interesting insight…awesome info! I was regretting not gleaning more running knowledge off you when I visited and then thought, “Nah, he’ll have it covered.” And you do 👏

I’ll carry gels, electrolytes and water in my pack. Then refill at aid stations every 2-3 hours
