If you're interested in whatever's in this Video you can look up anything pertaining to the Scrum methodology which is basically a weird implementation of writer room's into software development.

Wait wait wait if 3 writers of varying experience are paid 30k for 24 days total between them… That means writers are paid on average 1250$ a DAY ?? Are these commonly accepted prices ? Seems most starting writers are way underselling themselves if that’s the case.
