You have to own the software in order to upsell it though. most agencies i’ve come across have their own dashboard for client reporting/analytic tools. Sometimes they just upsell the reporting in the service retainer. So what can they do with the software your up selling vs what other agencies use? Or are you partnering with SaaS companies to get an affiliate commission for new user sign-ups?
