For postpaid you run ads and Instagram deduct the charge from your card afterwards. For prepaid, you have to fund your prepaid account before you can run an ad. I will advise you switch to a PREPAID AD ACCOUNT, you can fund your ad account seamlessly, PREPAID is the best, You can search on how to open a PREPAID AD ACCOUNT on KZbin. You should see content that solves that problem

Hi Charlene. I'm not sure of any DSPs outside of Meta's own Business manager that can do a good job with Instagram marketing. If there's any (e.g Hootsuite), it should have the same targeting capabilities but it may not be as seamless as Meta Business manager. If your agency's DSP is Meta business manager, the same rules apply. You will even get more targeting options (including ABM features) than the Instagram app. ABM is a different strategy based on account history. You won't have such features on the Instagram app interface.
