@@philistarachiengopondo-er8jg you can do a program about what self care is and doing some self care activities. Students get stressed so teaching them how to practice self care is essential.

More art group work please. Thank you so much - really well explained, I really wanted the art group information and yours was great, I've have done girls brigade and it was so hard to get the girls through the magazines and I never thought to cut the pictures out myself - so obvious but it never came to mind. I meet with each person individually before the group to assess their appropriateness for the group and to get to know them a little. I always prescreen ! I only sometimes do an outtake. Quenby

the object your talking about is the peace keeper - i loved this video but you should give credit to the native practices your using from healing circles for your groups.

,-D nervousness is a good point .. even a good door to open to walk through the house right to the backdoor and look up what is behind the house .. isn't it sad that we need a counselor or counselorette to offer us counsel because we aren't equipped enough to sit together knowing what to do and how to talk
