Dom Slim's facial expressions bring positivity and a smile. It's like Jim Carrey decided to blog about running. The tips are simple but really useful. 👍

Consistency is definitely key After running on and off for years I've learned that you have to trust that after a stagnant period or a plateau that you will eventually break through.

Brilliant video Dom! And gutted for you mate on the GCM this year. You'll be back next year up the front, no doubt. On marathon choices - get yourself down to Queenstown in November. Epic scenery and a lot of fun. Then how about Tokyo next March - ballot opens next week - what a race, what a city. Go for it!

Your African running story reminded me of how I once ran from Austria to Germany. In a single step. Then I turned around and did it again. Crazy
