How to Safely Update WordPress (Manually & Automatically)

Fantastic and very well presented video on this plugin. I tried it today and it took all the guesswork out of the equation for a smooth upgrade to my Wordpress site, can't thank you enough. Now I've just got to figure out what's crashing my site after updating my PHP version on my hosting account.
