Receiving checks on the mail avoids all the bs ach fees tho.
@AnnieMargaritaYang Жыл бұрын
Waiting for checks to arrive in the mail is bad for cash flow. And most businesses I know that only take checks in the mail have poor bookkeeping as well. You either pay for the labor of bookkeeping or you pay ACH fees. In this case, the ACH fees are only $0.50 a transaction. I set this system up for my boss at my job and we’ve processed $1.4 million in transactions in the last two years and have paid only around $900 in fees. Believe me, the number of hours it would take me to record all that by hand if we took only checks in the mail would be exponentially greater than $900.

QuickBooks has gone up from $0.50 to cap at $10 to cap at $15 to 1% no cap for QBO. Desktop version does still have a cap. Definitely QBO payment processing no longer affordable.

That’s right. 1% with no cap is outrageous. More important now than ever to sign up for XpressPay. Thank you for watching.

Are referring to ACH debits or Credits or both?
@AnnieMargaritaYang Жыл бұрын
This is for processing ACH from your customers, to deposit into your account. This is not for paying vendors via ACH. If you want a cheap way to pay vendors via ACH, look into wise.com.

Express-Pay has a video at kzbin.info/www/bejne/pWG1pGZ7idaGY80 touting a FREE Silver plan. If I fill out your affiliate info on your page can I sign up for the FREE Silver plan?
@AnnieMargaritaYang Жыл бұрын
If you fill out the form on my page you should still be able to sign up for the free silver plan. The way that plan works is, it adds a convenience fee on top of what you charge the customer. So let’s say you charge customer $100, the customer actually pays $103, XpressPay keeps the $3 and direct deposit exactly $100 into your account, hence it is free for you, but not free for the customer. Most customers don’t mind the fee because they psychologically prioritize earning credit card rewards.
