You need to defeat Esdras, of the Anointed Legion in Bridge of the Three Calvaries first in order to get to the Olive Seeds and the Sooty Garlic. Atleast this was the case before the Stir of Dawn DLC. I'm not sure if you can reach Patio of the Silent Steps and The Sleeping Canvases before defeating Esdras nowadays.

And others are saying you can get 100% if you've done majority of the main game and juts go to the dlc because you can get 150% I'm confused can you clarify?

I accidentally finished this quest by pure coincidence on my first playthrough. When I watched this video for the first time, I already knew that I did it, because none of the kissers were gone in my game. When I checked back yesterday, he gave me the knot of rosary and I got the achievement. Great video, I have used your guides a lot lately :)

This is the only accurate video of the achievement I've seen. Other people are leaving out crucial details like the fact that you have to deliver the items before defeating certain bosses. Already had to play through the game an extra time because of it

I did not even realize that the brothers were dying... I wonder how you are supposed to know that there is a way to save them, considering the game does not give you any hints as to how it can be done, I mean Gemino I get, he even tells you to hurry before he turns into wood but these guys...

I noticed a lot of the brothers/sisters disappeared throughout my playthrough and that more graves showed up Albero, but I figured the graves were patients and it was just a natural part of the Kissers' story arc, because I had delivered him all the ingredients. The problem for me is that you have to return to Albero and give Tirso each ingredient before you fight a boss. Even with portal gates unlocked it's a bit of a run around. Without the internet it would have taken me many playthroughs to work that out.

Hi, i know its been a long time since you hace published this video, but i wanted to precise just a thing 😊. I restarted the game in NG+ because i missed this Trophy, following your steps i got until the last Quest which was returning to Tirso after getting all the items. I had beaten firstly Melquiades then Quierce, so, (as u said in the video) i got back to Tirso but nothing happened. Then I went to defeat Exposito and came back to Tirso and got the Trophy. Firstly i thought i had dome something wrong, maybe because i picked the items in a different order (in fact, i picked the Frozen olive before defeating the previous bosses), but i concluded that i had to kill all the 3 Quierce, Exposito and Melquiades (not only Quierce) to complete last Quest. Btw i found this, and all the other videos u made, very clear! Now I need Just 2 more trophies to get the platinum❤

From my understanding of it you can go through and complete a boss like Lady of the Charred Visage but only if you give the corresponding item from each area. So you can grab the boquet of thyme, beat that coressponding boss and then go back and give incensed garlic before beating her. I think in this manner I've yet to fail the quest and achievement. I find the one where you can't use flasks against the bosses far more ridiculous based on the damage you get done to you on normal enemies and bosses.

Question: I have 99.91% of the game complete, even though I've collected everything else, and I'm sure the last thing I'm missing is to finish this trophy, but unfortunately I screwed it up. I defeated the bosses before handing over the Sooty Garlic, and now I cannot give it to the NPC in Albero. He won't take it! If you dont give them the herbs as soon as you get them, they die. You still get the rosary knot, but the achievement only drops when you don't let any of them die

Strange. Normally you only get the Tears of Atonement if you let Kissers of Wounds die. This is why you need to return to items before defeating bosses. As far as I know this wasn't patched in the latest DLCs.

I just found out to late. No big deal, I got the true ending and after diving into the lore that made the experience of playing the game worth it.

Collect and return the Bouquet of thyme and defeat Ten Piedad. After that don’t enter Where The Olive Trees Wither but go to Jondo and Mountain of the Endless Dusk and collect Bouquet of rosemary and Dried Clove and return these two items to Tirso. Now you can do the Gèmino Quest and defeat Our Lady of the Charred Visage without anyone dying.

It doesn’t have to be this exact order. You need to return one healing item before defeating one boss.

After you delivered the items it doesn't matter in what order you defeat the bosses. It's only important that you delivered the items before defeating them. After defeating them you can just go back to Tirso and collect your reward and trophy.

You will only get the Knot of Rosary Rope if you complete the quest correctly. This means no one is allowed to die. If that happens he will only reward you Tears of Atonement or will not accept the items.

When you pass the bridge you have to kill the bosses in order? Because i just killed quirce, spoke to tirso and didn't get the trophy, and i delivered all the things to tirso

Edit: i just killed exposito and came back to speak with tirso and the trophy pops up, you have to kill exposito, melquiades and quirce to do the trophy, not just quirce, but the video really helps me, thanks thomas

In what order you defeat the bosses shouldn’t matter. The only thing that matters is that you deliver the items before you defeat a boss.

You need to give an item before you defeat a boss. However I recommend you stick to the guide as much as possible.

You can go down Albero to Desecrated Cistern. Exit Desecrated Cistern in the north/west. Here you will reach Mountains of the Endless Dusk. In Mountains of the Endless Dusk go west to Jondo.

As far as I know, you still have to defeat bosses to reach Patio of the Silent Steps and The Sleeping Canvases. However the items you collect in the first part of the game are enough for the first bosses.

This trophy is highly missable. First you need to make sure you bring the items before defeating bosses as suggested in the video and then you need to finish the third final boss and return. Most players miss this on the first playthrough.
