What is the difference between an Ontario Graduate Certificate and a Diploma Certificate?

A diploma can be done by 12th but Ontario graduates certificate is post graduate level so you need a diploma or degree for that

Bro I don’t know about procedure about non sds. Also, i guess ielts score does not decide the visa category so if you can get a college with this much score you can apply in sds as well
