Hey Teagan. Yes definitely a good point! Meat is getting very expensive, especially red meat, so cutting it out for a couple of days a week will definitely help!

Buying grocery online has really helped me to stop buying things I didnt need, I always keep to my grocery list when I shop online. When I go to the store I almost always end up buying more than what I planned since there's other stores in that complex.

Hey Herman. I think buying groceries once a month is even more ideal as then you only have to travel once, which saves petrol, and you can buy in bulk which also ends up being cheaper. :)
