This is an instructional video? Where are your gloves? You clearly got the powder concentrate on your bare skin. Then you use what looks like a dried leaf to scoop it out. How is that an accurate measuring device? Then you squirt the liquid all over the plant and rub it with your still ungloved hands. This is all surely in violation of the label precautions. You should delete this video so as to prevent people from being contaminated from pesticide contact and using an imprecise measuring device.
