How to Save Selections in GIMP (2 Methods)

I was waiting for you to show scaling up the selection and then pasting onto a new doc with the content visible... but nothing.... You just got the outline of the selection enlarged and abruptly ended the tutorial, leaving us guessing what's next...

You just showed the 'outline' of the insert in the base picture. We didn't see how it was actually added to it for viewing and then saving that so it can be opened again as a new photo.

@@maceyshort7616 I think he's talking on mobile. I'm watching on laptop and I don't see any links, so my guess is that he linked videos through the "i" popups that are on mobile when a video is playing. It would be great if he just linked them in the description though

In a earlier windows version I photo shop where I used to do this sort of thing quite often. (implanting parts of one photo into another). It seemed a lot simpler than this!
