I believe someone who does ruqya once said that 90% of people who see him are actually suffering from form of medical condition. If you're sick pray to Allah. Ask Allah for forgiveness - because He decreed it for a reason, and ask Him to remove the sickness. Oh and go to a doctor. 😷 You can even ask Allah to help the doctor heal you. 😊

Of Course you can!! You should always do ruqya whether you feel bad or just not right, It is a healing method with the words of Allah!! I suffer from bad sihr Since I was a kid and since then I did maybe about 15 Ruqyas Allahu Alim haha, but it is so good. InshaAllah Allah will help you out of this and help you, Ameen. :))

4 Tips to gain the love of ALLAH. 1. Repentance: “Indeed Allah loves those who are constantly repentant.” (Holy Qur’an 2:222) Allah loves the repentant slave, who constantly turns back to Him, knowing He is the All-Forgiving, Most-Forgiving, the Acceptor of Repentance, the Pardoner. No matter how often one repeats a sin, and no matter how grave the sin is, one should constantly turn back to Allah. Abu Hurayrah narrated that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, “If somebody commits a sin and then says, ‘O my Lord! I have sinned, please forgive me!’ and his Lord says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven my slave (his sins).’ Then he remains without committing any sin for a while and then again commits another sin and says, ‘O my Lord, I have committed another sin, please forgive me,’ and Allah says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven my slave (his sin).’ Then he remains without Committing any another sin for a while and then commits another sin (for the third time) and says, ‘O my Lord, I have committed another sin, please forgive me,’ and Allah says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord Who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven My slave (his sin), he can do whatever he likes.’” (Bukhari) One should follow up a bad deed with seeking forgiveness and doing good deeds, so that the bad deed is wiped out. One should not tire of repenting to Allah. It was narrated by Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Every son of Adam commits sin, and the best of those who commit sin are those who repent.” (Ibn Majah) 2. Purification: “Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves.” (Holy Qur’an 2:222) Allah loves when a slave purifies himself from impurities, both major and minor. Being pure also includes being pure from shirk and sinfulness etc... 3. God-consciousness: “Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].” (Holy Qur’an 09:04) Often translated as God-consciousness or piety, taqwa is to protect oneself from the Hellfire by performing what has been commanded by Allah and abstaining from what has been prohibited. 4. Goodness and perfecting our good deeds: “And Allah loves the doers of good.” (Holy Qur’an 3:134) The complete verse reads, “Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allah loves the doers of good.”

So how about ruqia and people who practice it to help others ? What's about sihr that was made on Muhammad pbuh , and then angels came to read sura anNas and alFalaq? That's about reciting suras and not about thinking about suras, otherwise Muhammad would not need for angels come by and recite Quran on him, because the prophet understand's Quran best of all. I heard about this term "wazifa", where there is a prescription for people recite an ayah and blow on someones phtoto to get somoene back. Salam, Wazifas are collection of duas. Traditionally, you got a wazifa from a learned and pious person. They were usually used to increase ones Iman and zikr time, not to solve a problem. So I would recommend you to do the regular zikr, salawaat and dua instead of a wazifa.

i suggest you to read Surat alBaqara .Allah had change my life with this surah hamdoulilah .What Nouman ali khan said it's true . if we are facing struggles in life and we feel like all the doors are closed and we don't understand HOW . HERE we should make some moves to get closer to Allah because his door is always open .Praying Salat and duaa and reading Quran is the only solution to cure the soul and to make the chest stronger from the Obsessionnels from shaytan.What i advise you it's to stop thinking about the Black magic story and to start focusing on your faith .HOW? If you feel that surat al baqara it's so long . Try reading only what you can read and Pray for Strenght to finish it . PEOPLE WHO NEVER SUFFER WITH A Specific ILLNESS CAN NOT UNDERSTAND IT . So will you not reason? 3-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, why didn't the magicians bind Moses and cast spells on him and made him under their control? Didn't they outnumber him? Wasn't spelling him a better demonstration of their power and knowledge than playing with sticks? Were they weak magicians? or is magic just a trick of the eye? So will you not reason? 4-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, the magicians of Pharaoh wouldn't have admitted Moses's prophethood and would have simply said instead that he is indeed a more knowledgably magician than them, after all magic is a mysterious force and they got outplayed by him, wasn't that better for them than getting butchered and crucified? Or is magic just a trick of the eye and they witnessed a real miracle? If they had even an atom of doubt that magic is a mysterious force and you can change a stick to a snake that eat others with that force, they wouldn't have accepted the horrible punishment. So will you not reason? 5-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, God wouldn't have destroyed Thamud for killing the she-camel, because bringing a she-camel out of a rock is exactly what you would expect from a dark and mighty and knowledgeable magician, so did God wrong them? or is magic just a trick of the eye and they knew this fact and yet denied the truth? So will you not reason? 6-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, the people of the prophet would have been totally justified in saying he is a magician, wasn't he bringing thousands of people into his new religion? doesn't that look exactly like a spoken spell? or is magic just a trick of the eye and they knew this fact and yet denied the truth? So will you not reason? 7-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, the radical-Jews would have been totally justified in crucifying Jesus, because walking on water and bringing the dead and breathing life into clay and telling people what they store in their homes is exactly what you would expect from a dark and mighty and knowledgeable magician. So will you not reason? 8-If magic was a dark and mysterious force, all the deniers of truth would have been justified in denying it, if indeed there were people out there controlling dark and mysterious forces, because how can one recognize a miracle from a dark and mysterious act? So will you not reason? The Truth has been made clear to you! Now you know now you know! So tell others! It's time to stop using the light of God to lead people into Darkness. It's time for the Islamic world to go back to its golden age. It's time to leave the age of magic and enter the age of reason.

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) 3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana Allahi Al-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari) 4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim) 5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: ‘Astaghfirullaha al-`Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa howa Al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu illayh(I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance,) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani) 6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI) 7. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ﷺ (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” [Ahmad] 8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi] 9. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi] 10. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” - ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud] 11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!” [Tirmidhi] 12. Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim] 13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad] 14. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].” 15. Say this 3 times for 6 hours worth of reward: Subhan-Allah Wa bihamdihi, ‘adada khalqihi, wa rida-a nafsihi, wa zenatee ‘arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi(Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise).” (Muslim)

Asalamualaikum I’m sorry to say this but this is the only time I really disagree with some of Norman Ali’s comments (my favorite preacher and teacher) Sihr /magic is a reality and it does exist the prophet (saws) had magic done on him and ALLAH saved him from it (sura nass and falaq). Protection does come from ALLAH ALONE through Zikr reading the Quran and prayer as mentioned by ALLAH in the Quran, (the Quran is a healing and mercy.,...) What’s wrong is going to someone instead of ALLAH to seek relief or cure , we should put all our beliefs and in hopes in ALLAH ALONE for protection and a cure that’s what should’ve been explained . There are many times types of magic and evil eye some confirmed in Quran and Hadith such as 2: 102 and 113:4 وأخرج الإمام أحمد ومالك والنسائي وابن حبان وصححه عن سهل بن حنيف أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- خرج وسار معه نحو مكة حتى إذا كانوا بشعب الخرار من الجحفة اغتسل سهل بن حنيف وكان رجلا أبيض حسن الجسم والجلد، فنظر إليه عامر بن ربيعة -أحد بني عدي بن كعب- وهو يغتسل، فقال: ما رأيت كاليوم ولا جلد مخبأة، فلبط سهل فأتي رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فقيل: يا رسول الله، هل لك في سهل والله ما يرفع رأسه، قال: هل تتهمون فيه من أحد? قالوا: نظر إليه عامر بن ربيعة فدعا رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عامرًا فتغيظ عليه، وقال: علام يقتل أحدكم أخاه! هلا إذا رأيت ما يعجبك برَّكت. ثم قال له: اغتسل له فغسل وجهه ويديه ومرفقيه وركبتيه وأطراف رجليه وداخلة إزاره في قدح، ثم صب ذلك الماء عليه، يصبه رجل على رأسه وظهره من خلفه، ثم يكفأ القدح وراءه، ففعل به ذلك، فراح سهل مع الناس ليس به بأس .
