@@youssefhossam1932 you know sorani is much harder than badini, I am learning about sorani grammer in my school even we are from kurdistan and our language is kurdish, Sorani is still hard for us, but if ask me anything I am here

@@youssefhossam1932 to speak Sorani better: 1- if you have a friend or Gf you should practise and speak daily 2- listen alot, if you search youtube you can watch and listen even songs, it will be much easy 3- writing what you have and searching what you know in english but not sorani, search for that word or sentence or expression 4- do not read Grammer of kurdish I AM REMINDING YOU BRO I AM KURDISH AND THE GRAMMER IS VERY HARD EVEN FOR US AS KURDISH people. I wish this helps you
Assalamu Alaykum, thank you very much for the much needed lesson. ❤ I'd really appreciate you more if you upload videos frequently. I strongly believe that majority of us would love to hear more from you because your lessons are precise. Btw, we also say "dukaan, naan" in Urdu for store/shop, bread respectively. Love and prayers from Europe! ❤

@JonasBrosGirl Wa Alaykum Assalam ❤ Alright, JazakAllahu khayr for pointing that out to me. I'm an Indian Muslim but my mother taught me Urdu and my fiancé is Kurdish. Since your hubby is from Pakistan, I'm sure you guys must be having fun while listening to each other talk on phone and etc due to the similarities in Urdu and Kurdish languages. Yes, I decided to learn this language for him. However, the fact that it belongs to the same language tree such as Urdu and Arabic has also motivated me to learn it. Because I know both these languages and Urdu, Kurdish and Arabic has a lot of words, alphabets and script in common. 😍

Thank you so much for these videos! I'm doing my best to get a more systematic understanding. I love Sorani Kurdi. It was my first introduction to Kurdish and I find it such a beautiful - yet complicated - language. And truly, what a wonderful people in general too. Proud, brave and a bit unruly, yet tolerant and amazingly welcoming. What I truly love, is that conversations seem to have to begin with a lot of formalities that establish the respect for one another, with phrases like lageshmetem, barezi, rezdarem, sar chaw, etc. I wonder if that is the case in all dialects of Kurdish. Zor sopas and de goa afez

This is so similar to Persian with a slight difference in pronunciation. You do an excellent job teaching the language.
@junivrt19 күн бұрын
Because Persian has the same language family as Kurdish in origin and is inspired by the Kurdish language
@M414-q6o16 күн бұрын
It's not though, the Persian word is very different. "Xastan", And your grammar is very different. "Mixaham" - "Damawêt". Where is the similarity?
@jonam758916 күн бұрын
@M414-q6o Xastan = Khatan = wanting; Mixaham = Mikhaham = I want; Damawet? Dama = weather, temeperature. My mom was a kurd from Sanandaj and my grandma from Marivan. I don't know much kurdish even though I spent many summers in Sanadaj. I love the Kurdish culture and I am proud of my heritage.
@junivrt16 күн бұрын
@M414-q6o They come from the same language family and there will inevitably be similarities. I am a person who works in the field of etymology, and it is visibly a language that came from Persian Kurdish.
