I started watching you to learn Kurdish, since my mom was from Sanandaj (RIP), but I feel as though I already I know 80% since it is very much like Persian with an accent! Good job!
@autumnleaves88185 күн бұрын
You understand it cuz your mom is Kurdish! Not because is it very much like Persian!!
@jonam75895 күн бұрын
@@autumnleaves8818 Even my Persian is not very good since I have lived in the US for 51 years. There are Kurdish words that I know, but none of them are those you used here. I really don't think you know Persian. If you knew you could see it for yourself! We are all the same family separated by tribalism!

Thanks dia I am kurdish and I don't even know the name of the whole month in kurdish cause we don't usually use it so slemani accent is amazing to hawler I think is easier to learn for foreigners. Try to make a lesson about buying something and how to take a taxi so speak about the things that foreigner visitors need it. Be safe and continue you are so amazing ❤❤.

Hello! Thank you so much for your words and feedback. I already have a video about taking a taxi the same video I’m talking about directions. And yes planning to make a video about ordering food as well. I have made a playlist called “Kurdish survival” will add anything that travelers need to know🥰✨

Hello Dia. I live in Erbil and struggling to talk to the local people. I was wondering how to learn Kurdish and here I came. Watched your couple of videos and must say it's awesome. The way you explain things is really appreciable. I would give you one advise if you can add Episode No or Tag Video No on each of your video then it would be really helpful. Keep going 🙏

Hi Deya, I would love a video of simple contradictory words to help with work. Up, down, left, right, stop, go, yes, no, and faster, slower. I would also like to learn to communicate with security guards a little better. Something like "good morning, here is my ID card" would be helpful.

Great Idea! Will work on that as well. Thanks for your feedback!

I prefer the Kurdish words than the Arabic ones because it feels like the Kurdish language is dying out. Thanks for the video!
@KurdishwDia Жыл бұрын
Not really, we used more Arabic words back in the day and Kurdish is being used more among the younger generations, even education was not in Kurdish before. So it’s not dying out, it’s growing.
