Hi could you help me please? My redmi switched off out of nowhere and it wont charge or turn on, ive kept it in charge overnights and still nothing. I need the things on my phone. I even plugged it into my laptop and it wont register the phone. Please help

Pls help me sir, my redmu 8a dual not starting it stuck in a infinite boot loop with redmi logo .. it didn't go into fastboot by pressing volume up and power key also i notice that when phone battery `s down it shut down and shows battery logo then i try to charge it up and press power key millions times then some how it started and twice stuck after 3 to 4 minutes pls help 😢
