Have no idea what you mean by that post but this video was done whilst on a callout to help an elderly forgetful man remember how to scan to email. Just showing the elderly is not enough, they forget.

Thank you for your constructive comment but how is this useless? These How To videos were not made for the general public but for the elderly customers I visited to help them remember something they would otherwise forget. That’s it, nothing more.
