OMG Thank you! I have had my brothers printer for over 1 yr and could not for the life of me get the scan to work. I kept trying to re-download the software this week since I needed to use the feature. & I thought to myself KZbin university got to have it. You just saved my life!!! I'm So Happy!! Thank you!!

After WASTING 2 hours on this nonsense, I remembered to use some sense and look up a KZbin tutorial to make sense of the nonsense! You are a Godsend!! Took me 2 minutes to accomplish what I needed to do by following your simple instructions. Afterwards, I chuckled because I realized, like you, how many times I overlooked that box that needed to be checked in order to get my scan’s consolidated into one document. Duhhhhh…Thank you so so much for taking the time to help the blind to see, lol. God bless you!

Have you done any other videos about this printer? (do you still have it? ) Any tutorials about adjusting to the Mac OS Ventura. There are several things with it driving me nuts. @barbaraleonardhandelman5462 Yes, I still have the same printer. The only other video I did for it was to set up wifi printer to my mobile phone. I tend to use my phone for everything so it's more convenient when I'm not at my desktop. Thanks for watching! 🙏

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I spent several hours trying to figure this out...so simple and helpful. I actually have my new Brother all in one connected by wi-fi to my Mac and USB to a PC I need to use for other functions. I was able to do multiple scanned pages in one pdf on the PC, but not on my Mac (and like you before there was no problem scanning with my old printer-scanner). What a headache! You saved me from an anxiety attack!! Have a great day!!

And hours spent trying to interpret idiotic instructions are long and discouraging because tech companies pay barely literate techies to write instructions. I'll bet a lot of printer buyers are ready to toss the damn thing out a window after a mere hour or so trying to figure out how they work. Brilliant marketing, eh? "Hi, I just bought this new car and the manual in the glove compartment doesn't say how to start , steer or stop it. Good warranty on the muffler though?" Really, how much does it cost to hire a few decent editors? Thank you for your video. Very helpful.

i've only started using wifi printing in past few weeks and its been painful. but its convenient when it does work since my printer and office is in basement now.

You don't know how happy you made me feel with your comments of frustration. I'm not happy that you were frustrated, but that I wasn't the only one. Brother should do more to educate buyers. They stink at that. Their engineers are better than their educators. That makes me grateful to you for clearing some of this up. I've spent 3.5 days trying to figure it out, with the MFC-995DW and an hp computer. Thanks, familyguy!

OMG!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I just had to scan some stuff and attach the scans to a document and I had to attach each scanned page. It took forever and a day. I’m using Brothers Printer/scanner and went thru their app. But it is so much easier going thru system preference/image Capture. You saved me some time and stress my friend. Thanks again.

I was hoping to learn how to do double sided documents onto a single scanned document. I did not learn that here and I’m very disappointed. If I was looking only to scan single-sided documents you were very clear and helpful. Alas I am still in the darkness.

Thanks. I really appreciate the help. Funny part is just before I watched the video but I scanned 3 pages and they never went into my folder or anywhere else! I think it said No Documents Loaded. Anyhow I decided to restart and then it worked. After finished it still said No Documents Loaded! Have you had any problems like this? Maybe I will just have to restart every time. Also on the size of paper....does Ad mean that it will adjust the size of paper? Sometimes I have legal and letter together.

Dont mix letter and legal paper together. How old is your printer? It shouldn't need to be restarted every time.
