In the Security section of scheduling a meeting, I have a box to the right of the passcode that says "Waiting Room" What does that mean and should I check it or not?

If you enable a waiting room, participants will be taken to the waiting room upon joining the call and the host will have to let them in to the call.

You need to set the time you want it to begin and the duration is how long it will last. You cannot schedule a Zoom meeting without a time.

Meetings will not end automatically at the scheduled end time, you have to click the Leave button.

I have a free version of ZOOM and the Meeting time limit is 40m. If I want to have a meeting more then 40m, I have to purchase the pro version and I will buy new pro version. my query is what if the person who is going to participate in the meeting. can they participate in the meeting if they do not have a pro version?

When you set up a meeting, right after you name the topic you can optionally enter a description of the meeting in the Description field. My question is, where does this show up later? It doesn't show up in the invite that Zoom lets me copy, so I'm wondering where attendees would see it. Thanks.

If you set the meeting to be in your personal meeting room, it will not change. If it's a recurring meeting and you use a unique meeting link, the meeting ID may change.
