The question is not wrong..just one zero is missing..the value of machine will be 5 lakh then only the creditor has to pay 140k to the company Becoz the creditor was supposed to get 360k n the company gave him a machine of value 5 lakh which is more than the entitled money..so now the creditor will pay back the extra amt. I hope that it is clear now...is it?
