The subject choice you get is bio group(bio,phy,chem and other mandatory subjects) computer science: (computer,chem,phy and mandatory subjects) business group:(business, accounting, economics and mandatory subject) I am currently in 9 so I can tell you a few things that I have knowledge about So the Cambridge papers known as cies are taken at a particular place and not in school and every subject has its code for example islamiat is 2058 and mathematics is 4024 in 10th grade you give cies of 3 subjects Urdu pak studies and islamiat and then in 11 you give the rest Every subject consist 2 papers paper 1 and paper 2 and they both are different for example math also has 2 papers right so one of it allows the use of calculator and the other doesn't O level is way different then matric but one thing about o level is that it focus on concept rather than ratafication (I hope this helped :) )

Hello I took islamiyat in 2024 May June and got a B, so I am going to retake it in October 2024. Is it mandatory to memorise verses from the Quran or Hadis for Q1 or not?

Heyy , It can give you a rise in your grade if you memorise atleast one reference for surahs and hadiths. If not , you can elaborate one line from the given surah or any emphasised for to compensate.
