Talks really REALLY slow and doesn’t warn you that those things hold a charge. Anything with capacitors in it does. It’s not smart to jam a flathead in there, so that it can discharge. This will hurt you, and can do so pretty badly if they’re bigger units. Other than that, decent vid

Unfortunately like me scorpion knows that capacitors discharge after a few minutes of being unplugged so without a doubt he knows the score

@@empirefinds that’s not true at all! Lol I had a guy break into my car and try to steal my stereo. I found him in the morning deleted in my back seat. The dummy cut through my capacitor and it stopped his heart. The car hadn’t been on in 3 days as I was using my motorcycle that week

@@Uneke science is your friend many moons ago this would have been true with liquid capacitors. But now thanks to cleaver electronics they disapate which I prove in an early episode. By powering on a crt and checking the capacitors discharge rate go and have a watch.

@@empirefinds lol you’re wrong. Go look up any tutorial on pcb repair. They ALL tell you to discharge caps as they will and do store power even when not connected to a power source. It’s literally what they are designed to do. If your cap is discharging once it’s lost a power supply, it means that it was attached to a resistor (which not all caps are) or it’s faulty
