Thank you very much for putting this together. Can I use the same workflow to scrap data from a logged in page of a website?

I'm glad you found it helpful. Yes, you can adapt the workflow for scraping data from a logged-in page, but it might need a few tweaks.

This doesn't work for websites that try to hide their HTML behind Javascript right? .. trying to scrape the Kohler products page and I always run into issues.

Yes you're right.... If the HTML is not accessible it won't be able to scrape that data - but you can use another method that I just showed in different video. Check this out - kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6isp3-ebr9lbZo

So u use AI to make your video? great!!!! any website? i do not think so....

I'm actually human, nice to meet you man! In terms of the scraping, basically using a GET request for the html of a website can give you a lot of information about that website. Most websites have a rendered html that is easy to grab by Make.com... Try it yourself and tell me what you think 😉

@Jake.Dawson what is the cost to scrape data from one website?
@Jake.Dawson3 күн бұрын
Hey there! The cost can vary depending on the tool and the complexity of the website you're working with. Tools like Make.com can sometimes offer solutions at different pricing tiers. It's all about finding the best fit for your project's needs. for what he did in the video the free version will be enought but as you keep running it every day it adds up. I think you get 1000 operations per month for the free version .. something like what he did might be around 20 operations .. adding each row is 1 opertaion i think

Every time this scenario runs it would count as 6 operations (6 modules are running), so for each additional website it would be 5 more operations. Now you can do the math haha P.S. Yes you have 1000 operations in the free version and the paid version (only $10 a month) will be enough for a lot of websites.
