I am gonna save everyone years of research. To choose a proper halftone pattern, divide your screen mesh count by 3.5,that will give you the proper linscreen for that particular mesh count.

What was the difference between the push and pull. Usually you seem to push. But with this one pull was better you mentioned

Heeres what I do, when I print a bold design, I push the ink, its less stress on my elbows. When I have to print a very detail design I pull the ink, because I have more control of the pressure that I add to the print.

Love your helpful advice and humble attitude. I’m living here in Thailand and having trouble finding all the equipment needed to start, I finally got just about everything but running into my next problem, I have an ink jet printer and bought two different transparency paper, one I found at a Thai are store the other I ordered and said it was for an ink jet printer but when I print it off the ink isn’t drying and not consistent black. Hi, I have two questions. First, regarding your mesh, you mentioned 230. Is this measurement in inches or meters? In our country, the highest mesh we find in the market is 120, but I am unsure if this measurement is in meters or inches. Second, what type of ink did you use? Is it plastisol or a different type?
