U can set up halftones right in ps without accurip under image>mode>bitmap

Illustrator and photoshop have been on PC for a long time so not sure why you recommend a corell draw for PC.

2:48 How exactly did you overlay your 13 x 19 canvas onto the t-shirt template?

He made a canvas that was 13x19. Opened the t-shirt template in that canvas. Dragged the corner of the t-shirt box to scale it bigger than the 13x19 canvas. If you have artwork that overhangs the canvas, you will see the black outline of the canvas over the top of the image for reference.

Illustrator includes simpler ways to create overprints: using layers and Copy and Paste in Front eliminates the need to align superimposed images manually (always a source of headaches). Thanks!

You can choose to either choke or stroke your artwork! We just chose to stroke the red for the purpose of this video but you can do either.
