What a moronic design! If you are right handed, its a challenge to press these two buttons using the left hand especially if your hand is too small and your fingers don't reach easily locate these buttons. The power button is so low profile, it doesn't protude like the volume. I am beyond frustrated with this dumb phone! 😭

Same phone, same instructions, but my phone gives me the volume control rather than the Screenshot. I can perform that function 100 times and it only works 10 times. So frustrating!
