Just used this for my new patio and its terrible stuff, lasts a fraction of a moment and its gone. I pre-treated my slabs before laying and followed the instructions to the letter in an attempt to protect them from any accidents while laying, after laying they were back to how they had been when purchaed with the addition of stains everywhere from mud and mortar. I cleaned the slabs off using wire wool and treated them again, exactly as the instructions stated and the product bought them up like new again. Since then it has rained heavily and the slabs have stained again, 3 days ago I pointed the patio up which resulted in some dust and footprints on the slabs. Its beeb dry for the last 3 days so today I washed the patio off with a hose and brush, just a hose mind, not a pressure washer and the slabs are back to looking terrible again. This stuff is useless at best, if it cant withstand a vit of rain, some foot traffic and a wash with a hose and brush its not fot for purpose, and its bloody expensive for how much you get. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks for the video, I've just applied it and really please with the results, but I wonder if i will need to reapply it after a number of years? Is there an expected duration? And if it need to be reapplied, can I just go straight over the older stuff?

Thank you for your comment, I'm pleased to hear you're happy with the results. Longevity of the sealer depends on various factors but typically lasts several years. It can be applied again within a couple of months if you wanted to keep the rich black tones. Otherwise, a re-application every year or two is sufficient.
