Nicely done lining up the interviews! I'm impressed with how high your conversion rate is for how "few" jobs you've applied to so far. I hope some great offers come your way soon! I've been using trello to track which jobs I've applied to and organize notes/links which has worked pretty well so far but may transition to google sheets after seeing your workflow. I'm using LinkedIn as well but also Indeed since I'm finding there are some posting there that don't make it to LinkedIn but there certainly is some overlap. I'm excited to see how things play out for you✌
