Amazon seller review Amazon seller service for new seller is very very bad 👎 Long but true story...... I have experienced it ... I get order I scheduled order but no pick up agent reached me this happened for 3 order I called to customers care they rescheduled for next day ( for one extra day after last shipping date ) and guess what they didn't came Again next day . And if they don't pick up you will face two or more serious issue 1 . After order cancellation by any reason you will be charged 150 % of your Amazon refaral fee which is around 15 to 25% of your selling price which is huge for your each product for mine case it's saying..... ( Hand over the package by last date to avoid cancellation fee of 101 rupee will be charge ) and this is for 499 rupee product may be you will also loose 75+ rupee for all india Amazon dilevery without any selling . not only this... After 3 cancellation you will get notifications which says.. Your account is at risk of reactivation Also saying... " Your pre fulfillment cancelled rate target is only 2 to 3 percent Not only this..... After cancellation of any order by any reason you have risk of de activation . Even this is not enough.... Easy ship!!!! Really!! When I ask to seller support for missing pickup by easy ship Amazon team , They given me a form links where I have to put three information Order id, email, no of day for pickup mis .. I filled this form successfully for all my 3 order and next day I called to seller support for status about this - ( pickup cancellation form ) , mam saying/Asking to me on call ... " are you sure ... You filled the foam " I said yes sure I filled using provided links. She ask me I can't see on my system and you fill you again? I said....yes send me link to my same resisted email I will fill agin. After filling that form again.... I placed another call to seller center.. Guess what.... They said same.... " Sir I can see you form plz re submit " I said.... Sir how many times I have to do this non sense procedure where I do something successfully with resisted mail and your team always says.....do it again and again because they are fk#_# blind or something..... And after that I was surprised when he said.... " Sir I have no authority to see you form!! Me .... W T H, omg, than how you and she told me that I didn't filled the form and she and you can't see my submitted foam. ( confused 😵😵 me too) I asked what!! Wait!! If she and you don't have authority to see if i filled or didn't filled that form thay why you guys judge me at first place that you don't find my successful form submission and why the he&# ₹# told me to fill again and again just because you can't see wtF!! I really confused😵😵😵😵 I asked sir can I get pick agent or nearest whorehouse contact number He told me.... Sir we don't have Authority! ///////////////// I wasted money I wasted So much time I lose my hope I get lots of headache I don't have idea what to do with All my investment in fki#_# Amazon business like - printer, polly bag , card board box 100 piece for different different sizes lots of mony wasted Don't fallin guys unless you have lots of mony to loose. Amazon seller only focusing to old seller because old sellers not only have years of experience but very high rating so new seller can't beat the so nearly no order because Amazon Algorithms only let visible account that are old and rated So there is very strong barrier to break and also it's service as I mentioned above I have proof, call record, screenshot if you want I and share you on mail Excluding call record I can share all screen record or shot.
