I have seen few experienced doctors telling to step up the potency gradually and only step up further when the lower potency either stops giving results or when there is repeat of symptoms. But in your case you are repeating 200 potency and 10M potency repeatedly. Probably this depends on your teacher. There is no hard and fast rule on this. The potency that gives min aggravation and good reault is the best for you and your patients. It could be lower or higher. Depends on which master you are following.

Dr Dey I am having 4year old Cervical Spondylitis sumptoms. Overactive bladder also. This month I had acute pain in neck. I took 1M of Arnica Mont. First day I had seven doses. Some relief. Then i reduced the doses gradually every day. Now two in one day. Please suggest how long I should continue.
