I have a question. I made my store not long ago, but I think if someone buys my digital print, it wont give them a download link to download them from. I've been looking all over the Etsy UI, but nothing except the product preview images show where I can upload the content that I'm actually offering. Hey friend! Canva has a specific license fo their free content and a different one for pro content- both allow commercial usage under certain terms so you’ll just need to look at the applicable license and see if it allows usage for the type of digital product you’re wanting to sell. Some things are allowed and some aren’t 💛

I want to start selling my designs (digital) and it’s mainly just holidays and party stuff for my family and it’s always a hit! I make a lot of games and invites for a certain theme. So far I’ve only done something for a baby shower, Christmas, and Easter. I did skip a few holidays but my family is not always together so I don’t get to do stuff.

I am selling digital items.But I can only sell the items that just take 5 upload because I can't figure out how to do more. But it really hasn't been a problem because there are many that only have 5.

Are you talking about the 5 upload limit on the Etsy listing? If so, you can always use a google drive or Dropbox link to deliver more. Could also add all files to a zip folder and upload that!

Kate, you have helped me so much with your videos! I recently started selling digital items. I've had a couple customers say they can't find the file or can't download it. I have done all the trouble shooting I know to do on my end and sending them the directions from Etsy, and they are still unable to access or download their files after purhcase. They are all ready to use downloads. Is it possible that Etsy can be responsible for any part of that?

Hmm that is definitely strange! Was it more than one person saying that? You can definitely reach out to Etsy support but in the meantime just send the customers the files via email until you get it worked out.

@@KateHayes yes, just recently 2 different people, 2 different files. I have tested them and emailed them to my husband and they work fine. One said it didn't even show up in her Etsy account but she used apple pay and it took the money out of her bank account. I reached out to Etsy and have never heard back. So just send the file to their email they have on Etsy? Within the messages Etsy only allows image downloads.

Hey there! Unfortunately Etsy stopped allowing sellers from India I believe (pretty recently). However you definitely can still sell digital products online! Possibly on your own Shopify site or another marketplace like Creative Market.
