One of the strategies we've seen that works best is to give the prospect a 'reason' to come in for the appointment. An example would be "Hey [Name], when you come in for your appointment we're going to take you through a free body diagnostic scan. This scan will show us a complete picture of your current health and physical state. From that we'll be able to create you a nutrition jumpstart plan so you can start getting results right away. Of course, we'll also talk about training programs too and find the best fit for you. -- What time works best tomorrow for your free diagnostic scan?"
