Once the authenticator has been activated, you need to wait 15 days. It's annoying I know, but it's how Steam works

If that happens, it means 1 of two things. Either you don't have a Steam Authenticator activated, or you have not had your authenticator activated for more than 15 days

Tax is relatively knew to Steam so I am not sure, but I would assume that you would base your tax calculation based on your region of residence. I hope this helped you

normally if you have steam authenticator off, it will take i think like 14 days to sell, and when it does go on sale it wont leave instantly, it will be waiting for a person to buy it

Not really a way to do that, you can however sell skins on third party sites for money. But make sure you know what you're doing when doing that to prevent getting scammed

If you go to the market page, you should be able to remove your items off the market. Your listed items should appear at the very top with a "remove" button to the right of them

Could just be that nobody has bought them yet. Check the stream market too see how competitive your prices are. If your skins are not the lowest market price, and or not one of the lower market prices, it's unlikely it'll sell.

this happens because you dont have steam authenticator on for 7 days, its an app on your phone and you need to have it on for 7 days, after that all your steam stuff should start to go on sale immediately
