Thanks very much for this insightful information always appreciate your content. i have a question regarding LLC set up, i have already an active USA amazon seller account registered as a sole proprietorship but i stay here in Dubai. i want to change it into a business LLC but from what i have researched, i was informed by one agency from USA that i cant open up a bank account because the countries i reside in (UAE and UGANDA) are restricted from opening up a bank account for a business LLC, so my question is can i register an LLC here in UAE then use that to change my seller account status from sole proprientorship to business LLC.

The requirements have been updated and you currently cannot sell on Amazon UAE as an individual - you need to have a business license
