14:26 If you choose to edit information in the title or description during the final 'listing preview' step, you'll find there's no option to do so. The only recourse is to click 'Back' repeatedly until you reach the product tab, and make your edits and changes, only to discover that all your previous modifications (partner, mockup, and pricing) have vanished, necessitating a complete redo. Providing the option to edit the listing information while in the preview tab is a prudent choice.

It's limited to 120 for now because of the amount of resources it uses while generating mockups. There are also limits to how many you can publish to Etsy, ect.

Yes! You just need to turn manual order approval on. This means your product won't go to our print provider unless you approve it.

Hi. Thanks for the informative video. I'm still not certain how can a Template be used to apply previoulsy chosen set of mockups to new Collection so I don't have to choose the same type of images each time if I'd like to re-use similar mockups for most of my T-Shirt designs? Thanks

When you choose the Print Partner does that go over MyDesign? So I guess the price while be higher then, right? Or do you have maybe a Printful account and you connect that to MyDesigns?

Hello Walker! You choose a print partner when you publish to Shopify or Etsy. Once you receive an order, MyDesigns will automatically send it to your print partner and they will print, and ship your product from there.

I created a design in kittl, I want to upload to my designs but I want to be able to have customers be able to order with their name is there a way to do that the text is curved and shadowed?

Curved text isn't possible yet, but it will be available soon. You can create shadowed text, and sell personalized products right now.

just a couple of comments based on following along - my pro plan didn't show an 'advanced' toggle switch. I couldn't use the same mockup image twice, ie. I found I couldn't use my preferred lifestyle image for both a black and a purple tee within the same product. Looks like the 'main file' is generated automatically as a mockup if you use the generate mockups function rather than the in built mockups that occur further in the process, might be worth mentioning that if you don't want the main art file to show as a mockup on etsy that it should be deselected before hitting the publish button.

Did you reach out to live support inside MyDesigns? It sounds like you input the wrong email when upgrading to a Pro plan thus it didn't actually upgrade your account. Live support can help you get this taken care of.

Question: In order to publish in Etsy. Do you need to have an account with Etsy before having one with MyDesigns? Or Can MyDesigns application publish automatically the Item you want to sell?

Yes, you need to connect your Etsy shop to MyDesigns first, then you can publish products to your store.
