Hi Myles, for the choose the date option in the PP app, when you customize a field and scroll down, you will see the "Character Type" option >> You choose "Date" and Save. Let me know if you need help ^^

Hi Rick, thank you for your comment. I think if your product is production video or house design, you can set up your product page as I did in the steps, you can add custom fields as well since the type of the service depends on custom requests from your clients. But if you want to chat with your customers you can add the hotline or chat App in Shopify, here is an example: apps.shopify.com/tidio-chat For sending files, when you add a custom field like "Email" for the customer to enter, you can get their emails and send the files to them. I think those are some examples I can suggest. You can read my blog in the description box to have some ideas if you are interested ^^
