Yup - you nailed it. People have no idea the value of this information. Not only will your home sell quicker (= $$), but full list price is more acceptable (or hopefully a bidding war depending on your area). You never know what you're up against so don't take any chances. Have a routine.

I had a real estate agent tell me he does the paint touch up as part of yearly maintenance. I've been doing that for years. But, mainly because I can't handle looking at scuffed or damaged paint. :) Thanks for the comment!
