Good points from.the gentleman all of which I learned when I was learning about these things.gs but one thing stood out to.me that I dint like and should be regulated is. People pulling price out of thin air and wanting to sell . How can you ? There's a process to get pricing which is evaluation if the evaluation price isn't what u want don't sell continue hold the property . Don't inflate it and then have persons working with what u want and not what it's valued . Then ur value also affects nearby properties value when being compared .
