This is great! Thank you! Quick question, have you considered using Eventbrite to handle some of this automation? We used eventbrite but like the simplicity of zoom reoccurring events, but zoom lacks the automatic event reminder functionality.

Also, have you had success changing the title or theme for each meeting in the description? We want to change the name of each monthly webinar for the reoccurring webinars. Thank you so much in advance!

I researched Eventbrite in the past, but I only Zoom at this time, as I don't need all the features in Eventbrite.

Yes, it does let you change the Description for each occurrence, but not the topic. I just set up a recurring meeting to test out the process, and after clicking Edit, I have the option of editing "This occurrence" or "All Occurrences", and if I select "This occurrence" although it doesn't let me change the "Topic" field, I can edit the Description for just that occurrence. To edit the Description for another occurrence, in the Time section, click "Show All Occurrences", then click on the date for the other occurrence, and click Edit to edit the Description for that occurrence. Hope that helps.

My meeting has only the Details tab. Do you know why is that?

It could be a different Zoom plan (free plan vs. pro or business plan). I'm currently using the Zoom One Pro plan.
