Hello Dave, After installing the alert manager and setup the prometheus.yml file, my docker compose doesn't bring up the alertmanager container and prom container. Both containers always in restarting mode, any work around that ?

Sounds like there's a typo, something missing or something not aligned in the config And although these work in my setup there may be something different in yours that needs adjustment I would suggest looking in the log files to see what the problem is e.g. docker container logs alertmanager docker container logs prometheus Something in those logs should explain why the container couldn't start
