Embedding is only for websites. On LinkedIn you should just share the Link to the Form and anyone should be able to fill it out.

Hello. I'm glad I could help! I'd like to help more, but I'm not sure what you mean about "custom embedded links for multiple pages." If you have space on the webpage, you can embed as many forms or documents are you would like. They will just each need their own embed code section. Does that help?
